The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses at least for the current year with originals from Sidama National Regional States of Water, Mines and Energy Bureau at Procurement, Finance Property and Administration directorate, Hawassa City, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) only. The method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt. Bidders are required to attach with their application, a copy of their renewed trade licenses, VAT certificate, Tax clearance, and TIN certificate.
Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional States of Water, Mines and Energy Bureau, Finance, Procurement and property administration Directorate, Room Number 009, Hawassa City, Telephone number 046-212-8953, up to or at 2:00 PM on 25 September 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 PM on 25 September 2023.
