7. Bid offer shall be publicly opened on May 3, 2023. up to 4:30 PM in East African Time (EAT) in the presence of bidders or official representatives Sidama Bank S.C, Liaison Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor plaza, Sera lion Avenue in front of Global Hotel, Addis Ababa-Ethiopia
8. For the winner Birr 20,000.00 for each lot shall be presented as performance security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency counter guarantee with one of eligible commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days. The Financial Proposal Should Be Quoted in ETB.
