However, a Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate is required for the purchase of any goods whose estimated value is less than 500,000.00 You can manage without having to provide . Any bidder must deposit 5% of the total bid price as a bid security deposit through a bank certified CPO prior to the opening of the bid . Losing bidders will be refunded their bid security within 3 ( three ) working days after the winner is announced , and winning bidders will be charged the bid security from the winning price .
