4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 8:30 a.m to 5:10 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the opening tender procedures contained in the public proclamation of the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
6. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount 20000.00 (twenty thousand birr only) to all lots in the name of Ethiopia Coffee and Tea Authority with technical proposal in the form of bank guarantee or CPO that shall valid for 120 days after bid opening.
