A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment (depositing) of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred) in Account Number 40200003 at Sidama Bank Main Branch in Addis Ababa at Lancha area; available at working hours starting from June 18/2023 at 2:30 am local time which is located in Addis Ababa, kirkos sub-city at Mekewor plaza Building 3rd floor Finance Department (Sera lion avenue in front of Global Hotel)
1) Bidders can submit their Technical and Financial Bid in Separate envelope, labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security.
2) The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before July 03, 2023 3:00 PM at the place mentioned above No. 1.
3) Bids shall be closed on July 03, 2023 at 2:30 PM and opened on July 03, 2023 at 3:00 PM in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative.
4) The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
5) The Bidders must be presented the copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.
6) All bids must be accompanied by bid security Birr 10,000 (Eth. Birr ten thousand) a form of CPO from any commercial Banks of Ethiopia and should be summited separately with technical proposal.
