Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines and Energy Bureau procurement, finance and Property Administration Directorate, Room number 009, Hawassa City, Telephone number +251 46 212 5480, on 30th calendar day of announcement on the national newspaper at or up to 12:30 p.m and Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 p.m at the same date/ 30th calendar days of announcement on the national newspaper/. If the day lay on the weekend or Ethiopian holiday the bid will open the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected..
