Specific Experience: Bidders shall submit two similar contract certificates for each lot, and the value of each contract shall be as indicated as follows:
For lot one, 9,070,000.00 Birr; b) for lot two, 960,000.00 Birr; and c) for lot three, 2,072,000.00 Birr
7. Bids must be delivered in person to the address below on or before may 3, 2023, at 2:00 PM. Electronic and postal bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on May 3, 2023, at 2:30 PM.
8. All bids must be accompanied by bid security for Lot-1 Birr 46,000.00) Forty six thousand Birr), for Lot-2 ETB 5,000.00 (five thousand Birr), and for Lot-3 ETB 11,000.00 (Eleven thousand Birr) or equivalent in freely convertible currency in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee, an irrevocable letter of credit, a CPO, or a check certified by a reputable bank or financial institution in the name of the Water Development Commission. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. Finally, the client reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or totally.
