A separate Envelope for Bid Bond shall be attached to the original Technical Qualification placed inside the mother envelope. 7. All Bids must be delivered to the address below within 7 calendar days as indicated in the table above for the specified lots in the table above after the first day of this bid is announced in the newspaper at 4:00 Local time. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same date at 4:30 Local Time or in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. If this day is not a calendar day the next calendar day is the day on which the bids should be closed and opened.
