Therefore, the Interested bidders/suppliers should submit the financial/ price quotation and technical documents within 7 (seven) days of this announcement based on the detailed specifications given for each of the items/ construction materials listed above
Basic requirements to be completed and documents to be provided by interested bid participants include: 5.1 Eligible bidders/ bid participants may collect the required. documents or detailed specifications, including BoQs & instruction for bidding of the listed construction materials from any of the following offices/addresses upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100 (One hundred Bir): AHA Finance Section in Addis Ababa, the AHA-Afar Semera Zonal Project Coordination Office (PCO) and AHA Aysaita PCO in Afar (through presenting their credentials for identification) during working hours 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM within seven consecutive working days (Monday-Friday) starting from the date of the bid announcement.
5.3 The technical proposal by bidders should contain detailed description of the listed material specifications, sources and qualities while the financial offer/quotation of each should be in Birr.netsun 5.4 All documents (technical and financial proposals, including the required credentials) must be submitted to the AHA-Afar Semera Zonal Project Coordination Office (PCO) through depositing in the bid box day at prepared for the purpose on or before the bid closing date on 7th day at 3:30 PM and the bid will be opened at 4:00 PM on bid closing date in AHA-Afar Semera Zonal PCO by the AHA bid/procurement committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend the opening process.
