The Scope of Work Involves: - Undertake Desk Review and Analyze All the Necessary Information to Identify the Gaps, Undertake Detailed Analysis to Identify Possible Training and Development Interventions that can Address the Gaps. Develop Training Modules and Materials to Fully Address the Gaps. Assist the Hr Team in Organizing Effective Training Programs and Arrangements (Selection of Site/Venue, Schedule, Key Resource Persons, Participants, etc.) Share the Draft Module with Hr for Review Incorporate Comments and Finalize the Module. Propose Appropriate Methodology for Review and Implement it upon Approval, Conducting the Training as Per the Training Design and Arrangement Conducting Pre and Post-Training Evaluations, Develop Mentoring Interventions in Order to Assist Participants in Applying What They Learn from the Training. The Consultant is Expected to Conduct an Overall Training and Development Process that will Provide Ati With: - Identification of Key Capacity Gaps with Reference to Effective Implementation of Ati's Objectives and Goals Selecting Key Training Topics that can Address the Gaps Identified, Design and Develop Training Modules and Materials Conducting Training Interventions According to the Gaps Identified and the Modules Designed Conducting a Mentoring Process in Order to Assist the Participants in Applying What They Learn, Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below at or before September 15, 2023 at 3:00 P.m.
