Develop a demand-driven training curriculum for traders and wholesalers on key topics in quality standards, as well as business and management skills. Specific objective is: Conduct an audit of existing standards in use, including engaging with the MOA and meeting with commercial farms to understand the additional agronomic and postharvest handling practices that they employ to meet high-end market standards. Supplement data with our own understanding of industry standards and develop a demand-driven training curriculum for traders and wholesalers on key topics in quality standards. Deliver trainings to segmented training cohorts of traders and wholesalers Certify trained actors to position their enterprise as a preferred supplier of training on more basic business skills delivered to less mature businesses) on key topics in quality standards and business and management skills (e.g.. quality horticultur Host workshops to educate end-buyers on the benefits of working with this pool of preferred suppliers who understand their product needs, which typically leads to a price premium in high-end markets.
