The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of an off-site networking trip to Finland for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project staff, scheduled for November 15–20, 2026. 2. Place of performance: Finland. 3. The networking trip will take place on dates selected by the Contractor within the period of November 15, 2026, to November 20, 2026 (a 5-day period, including departure from and return to Poland), provided that one of the days is dedicated to attending the Slush 2026 event, which takes place between November 18 and 19, 2026. 4. The Contracting Authority anticipates a maximum of 15 participants for the networking trip. The number of participants may be reduced to a minimum of 10.
