Acquisition of a development portfolio solution

The Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is requesting offers for a development portfolio solution on behalf of the Pirkanmaa Welfare Region (client). The subject of the procurement is a development portfolio solution, which serves as the client organization's central tool for managing, monitoring and steering projects, project portfolios and strategy portfolios. The procurement is implemented as a SaaS-based software service (System). The system is used to manage, among other things, basic project information, schedules, resourcing, financial and financing information, approval processes and a status report of projects, project portfolios and strategy portfolios for use by management and other stakeholders. The system must support both operational project management and portfolio and management-level decision-making, including reporting, analytics and visual overviews. The procurement includes the System and its user rights, the necessary implementation and configuration services, and maintenance and support services during the contract period as described in more detail in the procurement documents. Possible additional and expert services, integrations and further development will be implemented in accordance with the terms of the request for tender and the contract. The solution must be user-oriented, and its functionalities must be easy and intuitive to adopt. The solution must be configurable to the needs of the subscriber, and the subscriber's main users must have the opportunity to maintain and develop the system as widely as possible using the management tools it provides. The solution must include versatile reporting and printing functionalities and support the presentation of information in various overview views. A more detailed description of the content and requirements of the procurement is presented in the annexes to the request for tender. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately EUR 250,000 calculated over a period of four (4) years. The value is an estimate and does not bind the client.
