This is a framework agreement for 8 service providers for the main and architectural design. Four (4) service providers will be selected for sub-area 1. Four (4) service providers will be selected for sub-area 2. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is a total of EUR 2,500,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is a total of EUR 2,700,000. The maximum value includes a reserve for procurement needs that are difficult to estimate in advance during the contract period, the extent of which cannot be reliably estimated when the procurement is initiated. The maximum value does not describe the contracting entity's commitment to the procurement volume, but the maximum possible value of the procurement during the contract period. If the maximum value is reached before the end of the fixed-term contract or any option period that has been introduced, the framework agreement will end. In this case, the Supplier will not have any claims against the Client.
