The procurement services of the City of Turku Group Administration will tender the asphalt paving works of the City of Turku, Port of Turku Oy, Kaarea Oy, TVT Asunnot Oy and Kuntec Oy at unit prices (€/square meter, €/tonne, €/hour) for the contract period 1 May 2027 - 30 April 2030, after which the contract can be extended by the customer with an option for the period 1 May 2030 - 30 April 2032. The option concerns the customer's right, not an obligation. The asphalt paving works are divided into three sub-assemblies as follows: 1) Sub-assemblie 1 over 750 m2 paving works 2) Sub-assemblie 2 100-750 m2 patching works 3) Sub-assemblie 3 under 100 m2 patching works One supplier will be selected for each sub-assemblie. The tenderer must be ready to provide the service no later than 1 May 2027. The service offered must meet all the criteria and requirements set for the procurement object in the call for tenders. The estimated value of the procurement is approx. 18.0 million euros. Based on the Act on the Publicity of Official Activities, the responses are generally public after the conclusion of the contract. Therefore, the responses must be prepared in such a way that they do not contain business or professional secrets.
