The procurement is an ICT service package including, among others, the following services: - Helpdesk (remote support and local support) - Workstation services and their lifecycle management (devices, operating systems, applications) - Mobile device support service - Application packaging and distribution - License procurement and management - IT infrastructure services: o Server capacity management and maintenance o Database server management and maintenance o Telecommunications network management and maintenance o Remote connection services o Identification services o 24/7 expert on-call and monitoring related to IT infrastructure. PARTNERSHIP: The customer and the supplier selected for the procurement act as partners and strive to develop operations by removing obstacles, trying out new operating models and sharing the risks and benefits of development activities. The aim of the partnership is to ensure long-term, cost-effective, safe and financially low-risk operations for the parties to the agreement. The partnership approach aims for a flexible operating model in which challenges arising from circumstances or third parties can be responded to quickly, utilizing the expertise and resources of both partners. Within the procurement, an open discussion is sought and matters within the parties' control are taken into account, e.g. the scheduling of work and the method of implementation. A prerequisite for a long-term partnership is a commitment to continuous improvement and development of operations, taking into account the needs of the parties and stakeholders. DURATION AND VALUE OF THE AGREEMENT: The initial agreement period is 1.11.2025-31.12.2028, after which the agreement will continue to be valid until further notice.
