Fyysisten kirjeiden tulostus,- kuoritus- ja postituspalvelu 3. SaaS-palvelun käyttöönotto ja sovitus tilaajan tarpeisiin ja ympäristöön 4. Järjestelmän tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut 5. Järjestelmän tai palvelun jatkokehitys- ja asiantuntijapalvelut. Hankinta kilpailutetaan kolmen vuoden määräaikaiseksi sopimuskaudeksi. Hankintaan sisältyy optiona mahdollisuus jatkaa hankintaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen.
