The procurement agreement was signed in spring 2026, after which the implementation of the new solution began. The original agreement between HSL and Poplatek Oy (currently Nets Denmark A/S, Finnish branch and Nexi Digital Finland Oy) has been amended by the CEO's decision, as permitted by Section 95/2025 of the Procurement Act, to extend the agreement period until 31 December 2026. It is necessary to extend the contract period until June 30, 2027 to secure essential services while the new payment solution is being implemented.
