Framework agreement for cleaning and sanitation services

The Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The Tampere University Community consists of the University of Tampere (Tampere University Foundation, TAU) and the Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Tampere University of Applied Sciences Ltd, TAMK). Facilities and Real Estate Services provides services to the entire university community and is responsible for the facilities and real estate and related services on all campuses of the university community. The subject of the procurement is the framework agreement for cleaning and sanitation of Facilities and Real Estate Services ("Procurement Unit"). The services to be procured include, among others, cleaning and sanitation services, services related to the organization and quality control of sanitation, and campus sanitation development services. The framework agreement determines the procedure for the competitive bidding and does not lead directly to an order. The actual procurements will be made through mini-competitive bidding in accordance with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement and procurement limits. Based on the request for tender, a maximum of five (5) framework agreement suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 8,500,000 (VAT 0%). The estimated value of the procurement and the procurements to be made will be concentrated towards the end of the framework agreement period. The framework agreement period is four (4) years, and the estimated start date of the agreement period is 1 January 2027. The framework agreement is created when both parties have signed the framework agreement. Agreements concerning individual service procurements may be shorter or longer than the framework agreement period. At the time of publication of the call for tenders, the Procurement Unit anticipates that a mini-competition will be held for the cleaning services of Nekalan Norssi during 2027. The campus sites may be put out to tender during 2028, starting in 2029.
