STANDBY CONTRACT The procurement unit will conduct a competitive bidding process for a separate electrical equipment standby contract among the suppliers approved for the framework agreement during 2027. The purpose of the standby contract is to secure the availability of electrical equipment in normal conditions, exceptional conditions and other supply chain disruptions. In the competitive bidding process for the standby contract, safety, readiness and contingency requirements that supplement the requirements included in this invitation to tender may be set. In addition, the signing of a separate safety agreement and the fulfillment of the obligations set in the safety agreement may be a prerequisite for concluding a standby contract.
