In the individual service, the maximum number of hours for the service is 20 hours/person and the maximum duration is 5 months. The number of persons/groups to be acquired is an estimate based on the anticipated number of students. The procurement unit reserves the right not to acquire the maximum number of student work days. The aim of the training is to improve the client's readiness to find employment, participate in training or move to other services that support entry into working life. The aim is to acquire training in the following areas: - Job search coaching that supports job search - Career coaching that supports clarifying career choices and career options, applying for vocational training and developing working life skills - Job coaching that supports job placement The service can be implemented as individual coaching, group coaching or a combination of these. The coaching can include guidance related to work and functional ability, everyday life management, motivation and working life skills according to the client's individual needs. Coaching can also be offered to support attachment to the workplace and staying in work. At the end of the coaching, the coach will prepare a final assessment with the client, which must indicate the issues covered during the coaching and a follow-up plan aimed at employment. The service can be a group or individual service and it must be possible to implement it in Finnish and, if necessary, in Swedish or English. The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately 460,000 euros (VAT 0%). The stated value is an estimate, and the subscriber is not committed to specific purchase quantities or use of the service during the contract period. The service is purchased according to actual need. The tenderer is asked to make their own reasoned presentation of the training implementation plan. The implementation plan must describe at least the content, structure, consideration of the target group, service customization, monitoring of effectiveness and implementation of employer cooperation. The implementation plan may be no more than 3 pages long. The service provider may develop their own marketing names for the training. The service provider undertakes to collect final feedback from participants regarding the service using a Webropol survey. The selection is based on overall economic profitability, which is based on the best price-quality ratio. If the comparison of offers results in a tie or the prices of the offers are the same, the winner will be determined by drawing lots. A maximum of three contract suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement from the offers received by the deadline and accepted for comparison based on the offers with the best price-quality ratio. Submitting parallel offers is prohibited. If the tenderer submits parallel offers, only the most recent offer received will be taken into account in the offer comparison.
