The contract form is a turnkey contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor as referred to in YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management responsibilities and site services. In addition to the work in accordance with the plans mentioned in the list of documents, the contract includes site management responsibilities and site services that concern the developers separate procurements in section 3.4 and the procurement limits of the YKT parties presented in the contract boundary appendix.
