Information request: Distribution and management service for off-the-shelf software licenses

The State Information and Communications Technology Centre Valtori in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for Valtori is preparing to re-tender the framework agreement for the distribution and management service of off-the-shelf software rights, which was put out to tender in 2025.
