The equipment packages to be purchased are one-time purchases. For equipment-related supplies, accessories and spare parts related to the equipment to be purchased, the agreement is valid for a fixed period of two years and will continue to be valid until further notice. Deliveries and installations will be during 2027, with the start date of installations according to the current plan: Instrument washers and autoclaves 22.2.2027 Medical equipment drying cabinet 31.3.2027 RO water distribution line 2.1.2027 and RO water machine 22.2.2027 The commissioning of the equipment and the validation of both washers and autoclaves is estimated to be in October 2027. Delivery and installation times will be agreed in more detail with the selected Supplier. One Supplier/sub-area will be selected as the Supplier. The Welfare Area will allocate the funds for the procurements according to this call for tenders separately each year. Procurements will be carried out each year within the appropriations.
