The Numera Palvelut Oy in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for Numera joint procurement services requests your offer for loose furniture according to the tender documents. In such a situation, the Client evaluates the main content and operating environment of the individual procurement entity, based on which sub-assemblies the procurement is made (for example, in the procurement of school furniture, office furniture for the school in question can also be purchased from the supplier of the Student and school furniture sub-assemblies). The tendering procedure will be carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which six (6) bidders with the highest points will be selected as suppliers for sub-assemblies 1 and 2 of the framework agreement and five (5) bidders with the highest points for sub-assemblies 3, unless there are fewer bidders who have submitted an acceptable tender. The selection criterion for the tendering procedure is the overall economic advantage, with the weighting of price being 80% and quality being 20%. The contract period is fixed-term for four (4) years. The contract period will begin at the earliest after the procurement decision has become legally binding or the market court has granted the contract an execution permit. The notice period for both contracting parties and Numera Palvelut Oy's customer communities committed to the procurement is six (6) months, regardless of the fixed-term. The aim is for the contract period to enter into force in December 2026. Procurements below the national threshold can be made from any contracted supplier for the sub-assemblies. Procurements exceeding the national threshold will be subject to a simplified tendering procedure.
