The selected contract supplier shall comply with the applicable legislation and the regulations issued on the basis thereof, including the necessary permits, the social legislation on road transport crews, the regulations and provisions of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning driving times, breaks and rest periods, and the instructions given by the Client. Appendix 1 lists the departure and delivery points for meals and food transport, the time windows in which the transport must be carried out, and the method of packaging meals for each delivery point. The quantities of food to be transported, transport routes and schedules may change during the contract period. The most suitable vehicles for the transport service are vans and light trucks equipped with a tailboard crane for larger sites, and vans for smaller delivery points. The Client has the right to reject offers that do not respond to the request for tender, incomplete offers and offers that do not include the required explanations. The customer has the right to reject any offer for a justified reason and not to carry out the procurement altogether. The service provider must have sufficient financial, technical and other prerequisites to carry out the procurement. A tenderer who does not meet the set requirements or who is guilty of providing materially false information or who does not submit the requested explanations within the given deadline will be excluded from the tender competition.
