Jamk - Hippos Competence Center Simulation System

The Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd. in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the procurement is a simulation system (AV system) for the Jyväskylä Hippos competence center, which will be located in the premises to be completed in 2027 for the use of the Welfare Unit of Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, mainly for educational purposes. The simulation system must cover all the equipment and software listed in the request for tender. In addition to the actual simulation rooms, the simulation environment covers all learning rooms on two (2) floors and control rooms from which simulation situations and connections to different teaching rooms are controlled. The simulation system is used to create versatile simulation exercises that resemble authentic interaction and customer situations in the social and health sectors for educational purposes. The purpose of the simulation system is to enable the filming, recording and real-time control of teaching situations. The new Hippos center being built in Jyväskylä, the capital of sports, will offer a unique environment for moving, doing sports and playing sports. The Hippos area will further strengthen Jyväskylä's position as a leading research and education city in sports and top sports. The Hippos Centre consists of four (4) entities: a sports centre, a competence centre, an ice sports centre and a parking garage Hippos-Park. Construction will be carried out in phases, and the entire project will be completed by the end of 2027. The Welfare Unit of Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences will move to the premises of the Hippos competence centre, on the fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) floors. Splitting the procurement would significantly increase the need for coordination and could jeopardize the proper implementation of the contract.
