The Kiertokapula Oy in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for Kiertokapula Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Entity" or "Client") requests your offer for Kiertokapula Oy's basic ICT services in accordance with the tender documents. The subject of the procurement is the following basic IT service packages: 1) User support services, which include services necessary to solve IT problems of people using the IT environment, provide advice on use and support work. Also includes the management of identities and access rights; 2) Workstation lifecycle services, which include a comprehensive set of services to ensure the efficient, secure and cost-effective use of workstations and their accessories throughout their entire lifecycle. The package also includes the procurement of workstations using a service device model; 3) Usage and Capacity services, which include services that are central to the capacity required by the server infrastructure and the telecommunications infrastructure supporting it and which ensure the efficient and reliable operation, management and control of the servers and telecommunications devices supporting the package, with all necessary maintenance activities. The service area also includes the subscriber's on-prem Microsoft AD environment management service; 4) Cloud services, the services included in which provide centralized management and control of public cloud services for cloud-based resources and services, The service area also includes M365 and Entra ID management services; 5) Telecommunications services, including Internet connections of offices, connections between offices, local area network solutions, centralized firewall service and management and control services of telecommunications devices 6) Information security services, including a 24/7 automated information security incident response service implemented in connection with the service point and the subscriber's information security product operation service (e.g. Defender, Sentinel) 7) Expert services, including services related to specialized professional expert work and consulting that support IT infrastructure, information systems, information security and operations planning, optimization, development, expansion and renewal; and 6) Service management, which includes services related to the management and development of the service package to be procured and services related to IT processes. The subject of the procurement and the terms of the contract are described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The tendering process will be carried out using an open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) contract supplier will be selected. The tenderer with the highest score will be selected as the contract supplier. In the event of a tie, the winner of the procurement will be determined as described in Annex 1 (Instructions and comparison criteria). The procurement has not been divided into sub-areas to ensure the smooth flow of services. The submission of parallel and alternative tenders is prohibited. The selection criterion for the tendering process is the overall economic advantage,with the price weighting being 60 points and the quality weighting being 40 points. The fixed-term duration of the procurement contract is 3 years, after which the contract will continue to be valid until further notice. The contract period will begin at the earliest after the procurement decision has become legally binding. The aim is for the contract period to enter into force on 15 December 2026. The contracting entity notes in relation to the subject of the procurement that it has fixed-term contracts for some services, which will affect the implementation of the services: - Usage and capacity services can be implemented by 31 December 2027 and the implementation project must be completed accordingly - Telecommunications services can be implemented by 31 March 2028 and the implementation project must be completed accordingly.
