Tilaaja tilaa 9000 kappaletta leipomolaatikoita ensimmäisellä tilauksellaan sopimuskauden alussa, mutta kuitenkin niin että leipomolaatikkojen täytyy olla toimitettuna tilaajan Pakkalan tuotantolaitokseen (Pakkalantie 30, 01530 Vantaa) viimeistään maaliskuussa 2027. Tarkempi toimituspäivä maaliskuulle 2027 sovitaan varsinaisen tilauksen yhteydessä. Tämän jälkeen tilaaja ostaa mahdollisesti yksittäisiä täyteostoja tarpeen vaatiessa, mutta mihinkään lisäostomääriin ei olla sitouduttu. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankinta-arviot ovat arvioituja määriä neljälle (4) vuodelle ja toimivat ainoastaan tarjouksen tekemisen tukena eikä tarjoaja sitoudu ostamaan koko hankinta-arvion määrää.
