The Hansel Oy in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT Hansel Oy is putting out to tender the Light Vehicles 2026 framework arrangement, which consists of 13 independent framework arrangements concerning different light vehicles. This Light Boats and Trailers 2026 (0072001) framework arrangement concerns light boats and trailers and related services as follows: The following products are included in the procurement: • Motorboats with a length of 4.0 meters - 6.0 meters and their spare parts, equipment and accessories • Motorboat transport trailers and their spare parts and equipment The following services are included in the procurement: • Services related to the delivery of boats and trailers • Delivery of documents • Arrangement of commissioning training and additional training • Delivery of products under NOL and TOP delivery conditions • Maintenance, repair and equipment services The procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and its annexes, especially in the appendix "Object of the procurement". AGREEMENT PERIOD The agreement period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period under the terms of the framework agreement. See also clause 6 of the framework agreement in Annex A to the invitation to tender. Procurement agreements may be valid for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 1,300,000 - 1,500,000 (VAT 0%) including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 1,500,000 (VAT 0%). Determining the euro value of the procurements is made difficult by the fact that unforeseen changes may occur during the framework agreement period in the funds initially allocated for the procurements of the Customers who have joined the framework agreement, which are independent of the Customer.
