Maintenance, repair and upkeep services for elevators, doors, barriers and gates

The Turun kaupunki in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The Procurement Services of the City of Turku Group Administration are requesting offers for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of electrically operated elevator equipment, doors, booms and gates for the period 1.1.2027 (target) - 31.12.2030, after which the contract may be extended by the Client's decision under the original terms with a two-year option period for the period 1.1.2031 - 31.12.2032. The procurement involves the City of Turku, Kiinteistö Oy Turun minitoimitilat, Turun seudun puhdistamo Oy, Kemiönsaari Municipality, Nousiainen Municipality and the City of Salo. The maintenance and repair services to be procured concern electrically operated elevators, doors, booms and gates under the management of these units. The procurement is divided into three separate sub-areas: 1. Elevator maintenance, repair and maintenance services - full maintenance services for passenger and freight elevators, fixed lifting platforms intended for lifting goods, fire curtains and light and barrier-free elevators, including spare parts - The sub-area includes an employment condition 2. Door, boom and gate maintenance, repair and maintenance services - electrically operated lifting and folding door devices as well as gates and booms 3. Funicular maintenance, repair and maintenance services - The aim of the full maintenance services is to ensure the high operational reliability of the Funicular so that maintenance, repairs and replacement of wearing parts are carried out proactively and in a timely manner - The sub-area includes a mandatory site visit.
