Expert services support the operations of the Service Delivery Unit, the development of operating models, proactive capacity management, and the efficient and transparent utilization of resources throughout the organization. The subject of the procurement is a human capacity management expert service, which covers tasks related to the development, implementation and operational and tactical support of capacity management. The service is produced as expert work and is mainly implemented as assignment-specific work orders within the framework of a framework agreement.
