The Sansia Ltd. in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for Pharmaceuticals and similar products DPS Sansia Oy establishes a dynamic procurement system through which pharmaceuticals and similar products are procured as separate procurements in accordance with the needs of the customers. The purpose of this system is to tender out as separate procurements pharmaceuticals that, for one reason or another, do not have a valid contract for competitive pharmaceutical tenders or the market situation has changed significantly during the contract period, which is why the previous contract will be terminated and put out to tender again. Such situations may arise, for example, in connection with the expiry of a patent, when new products enter the market, or a national contract ends or for some reason the contract for the product has ended during the contract period. The pharmaceuticals and similar products to be procured are defined in more detail in each internal tender of the dynamic procurement system. Within this system, the possibility of tendering out all pharmaceuticals and similar products is reserved. This is a request for participation in the procurement. Sansia Oy reserves the possibility of purchasing through DPS any pharmaceuticals or similar products belonging to any ATC code groups. The medicines to be tendered are grouped according to the latest ATC classification. This dynamic procurement system can be used by all Sansia owner-customers (up-to-date listing https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html). Procurements are primarily made through this system for the Eastern Finland cooperation area, which includes the North Savo welfare area, the South Savo welfare area, the North Karelia welfare area and the Central Finland welfare area. You can apply to be a bidder in the procurement system throughout the validity period of the system by submitting an application for participation. A candidate can submit an application for participation in the system even if not all of the product groups mentioned above as examples are included in the candidate's product range. Applying to the system does not mean direct participation in the procurement. Only candidates approved for the system have the right to submit bids during the procurement phase. The procurement contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are visible to bidders approved for the dynamic system at the time of opening the tender. Tenders cannot be submitted for existing contracts, i.e. for procurements that have already been put out to tender, before the tendering process is reopened. The products to be put out to tender, the minimum requirements for the products and other minimum requirements and other conditions related to the subject of the procurement, as well as the customers, are always defined separately, as needed, in each internal request for tender within the procurement system.
