The Hansel Oy in Finland from Europe region had released this tender for This tender is divided into two parts. In both areas of procurement the target is distribution and management services for Microsoft software products. Sub-areas are: PART AREA 1: Microsoft license distribution and management services 2024-2027 (2028) I: State agencies, companies and institutions, universities and other customers PART AREA 2: Microsoft license distribution and management services 2024-2027 (2028) I: Welfare areas and other actors in the social and health sector Customers of the sub-areas appear in more detail in appendix 1 of the request for tenders separate independent procurement decisions. One contract supplier is selected for each sub-area as described in the "Basis for decision-making" section of the request for tenders. For sub-areas the selected suppliers must provide the distribution channels of Microsoft user rights to the framework arrangement for connected Customers based on the contract models used. The customer has the right choose and change the contract model during the framework contract period in accordance with Microsofts contract terms. The supplier undertakes to resell usage rights using the contract model chosen by the customer. The framework arrangement also covers sales related to the products in question, sales support service, administration service (maintenance of user rights accounting and register) and procurement related training, consulting and advice, as well as customer and order service. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the software products themselves are not tendered in this tender, and therefore the subject of the framework agreement is not Microsofts products, but their distribution and management service and related consulting. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is three (3) years. The framework agreement includes an option period of one (1) year. See chapter 6 of the framework agreement model in more detail. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT In the framework arrangement of the Microsoft user rights that are the subject of the intended distribution and management service and the total value of the consulting services during the contract period is estimated 656,000,000 - 793,000,000 euros (VAT 0%) depending on customer-specific procurement needs specification and the general price development of the acquisition rights. The above-mentioned value of the framework arrangement is estimated to be distributed as follows to the targeted sub-areas: - Sub-area 1: 289,000,000 - 349,000,000 EUR - Sub-area 2: 367,000,000 - 444,000,000 EUR The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and in its appendices, especially in appendix 2 "Services and their minimum requirements". with tender notice no. 741493-2023 published on 07 Dec 2023.
