The ceiling price set for the procurement is 1.1 M€ (VAT 0%), including the basic configuration in accordance with the absolute requirements and the entire mobile imaging unit. The ceiling price does not include mandatory options or maintenance contract costs. If the price of the offered equipment exceeds the ceiling price mentioned above, the offer will be rejected. The option reserves the right to purchase up to three (3) additional pieces of equipment for the HUS Group's operating area or for wider national use (coordinated by the HUS Diagnostics Centre) during the years 2027-2030. The prices stated in the offer are fixed until 31 December 2027, unless otherwise stated in the request for tender or its annexes. The supplier does not have the right to change the prices during this period. Prices may only be increased in accordance with the actual change in costs, in accordance with the index recorded in the draft agreement for optional equipment (2028-2030) at the time of signing. Option purchases are not binding. HUS will make a decision on a possible option purchase without an obligation to purchase according to its needs. The purchasing unit may suspend the purchase if the project financing does not materialize as planned. HUS will consider to what extent it will conclude maintenance contracts for the equipment or whether maintenance will be handled as the hospital's own operation.
