The HUS-yhtym in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of one 1 new mobile imaging unit containing computed tomography equipment i e mobile CT for the use of the HUS Diagnostic Centre The computed tomography equipment to be placed in the trailer is a so-called basic CT equipment The equipment must be suitable for a variety of emergency examinations the most common of which are head and body examinations as well as joint and limb examinations including trauma examinations In addition examinations performed with the equipment include vascular angiographies cerebral perfusions basic coronary artery examinations and other ECG-synchronized examinations The number of examinations performed by the equipment may vary but the usual number of examinations is estimated to be approximately 5 000 7 000 examinations per year The equipment to be purchased must be suitable for the purpose described above The ceiling price set for the procurement is 1 1 M VAT 0 including the basic configuration in accordance with the absolute requirements and the entire mobile imaging unit The ceiling price does not include mandatory options or maintenance contract costs If the price of the offered equipment exceeds the ceiling price mentioned above the offer will be rejected As an option the right to purchase a maximum of three 3 additional pieces of equipment for the HUS Group s operating area or for wider national use coordinated by the HUS Diagnostics Centre during the years 2027-2030 is reserved The prices stated in the offer are fixed until 31 December 2027 unless otherwise stated in the request for tender or its annexes The supplier does not have the right to change the prices during this period Prices may only be increased in accordance with the actual change in costs for option equipment 2028-2030 in accordance with the index entered in the draft agreement at the time of signing Option purchases are not binding HUS will make a decision on a possible option purchase without a purchase obligation according to its needs The procurement unit may suspend the purchase if the project financing does not materialize as planned HUS is considering the extent to which it will enter into maintenance contracts for the equipment or whether maintenance will be handled as the hospital s own operations The subject of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in the request for tender and its annexes Alternative offers are not permitted Parallel offers are not permitted with tender notice no. 668842-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
