The procurement will form a framework agreement, in which three suppliers will be selected in order of priority. The tendering will be carried out through an open procedure. The participants in the procurement ring will each make their own procurement decision and agreement with the providers selected for the framework agreement. The maximum value of the procurement is nine (9) million euros (VAT 0%). Based on the framework agreement, the Client and the Clients divisions, agencies, commercial establishments and DigiHelsinki Oy may acquire the Services or Continuous Services referred to in the Framework Agreement through separate delivery agreements. Delivery agreements may also relate to Applications implemented by the Client itself or in cooperation with other contractual partners. If several suppliers participate in the implementation, maintenance or further development of the same Application, the division of responsibility and the suppliers cooperation obligations will be defined in the delivery agreement.
