The service provider must sign the procurement contract no later than 31.12.2026. TECHNICAL ADVICE HALL The procurement procedure is a participatory tendering procedure (Sections 44-48 of the Procurement Act). The procurement unit will organize a technical advice meeting on Thursday, 22.10.2026, from 15.00 to 15.30. The technical advice meeting will not answer questions about the content of the procurement, but will only provide information about the procurement procedure.
