Procurement of infrastructure and planning expert services for the City of Porvoo through a framework agreement

The City of Porvoo in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The City of Porvoo hereinafter also referred to as the Client invites tenders for expert services in infrastructure and planning The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 3 description of the subject of the procurement The tender is divided into five 5 sub-areas The tenderer may submit a tender for one more or all sub-areas The sub-areas and their maximum values and the maximum amounts per sub-area for the framework agreement suppliers are 1 General street and building design of streets and public areas maximum value 7 000 000 euros framework arrangement for a maximum of eight 8 service providers 2 Sports venue design maximum value 1 500 000 euros framework arrangement for a maximum of four 4 service providers 3 Bridge and structural design maximum value 1 000 000 euros framework arrangement for a maximum of six 6 service providers 4 Stormwater surveys and plans maximum value 1 000 000 euros framework arrangement of up to six 6 service providers and 5 Geotechnical surveys maximum value 1 000 000 euros framework arrangement of up to six 6 service providers All sub-areas may include site services related to the plans during the implementation phase of the projects The persons named in the tender must participate in the practical implementation planning and meetings of the projects within the scope of the contract if necessary The plans related to all tasks must be prepared in Finnish The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in the draft framework agreement attached to the invitation to tender The agreement is valid for a fixed term of two 2 years from the signing of the Agreement After the fixed term agreement period the Client has the right to extend the agreement period with a maximum of one 1 two 2 year option or until the maximum value per sub-area of the framework arrangement has been reached The Customer shall make a decision on the implementation of the option period for each area no later than four 4 months before the end of the fixed-term contract period However the validity of the framework agreement shall expire no later than four 4 years after the entry into force of the framework agreement The agreement shall terminate regardless of the fixed term of the contract period without separate notice when the maximum value per area has been reached The agreement does not include a specific purchase obligation for the Customer The Customer shall purchase the Service as needed The agreement does not grant the Service Provider an exclusive right to provide the Service Other sectors of the City of Porvoo commercial establishments companies and entities in which the City of Porvoo exercises control or municipal federations in whose financing the city significantly participates may if they wish make purchases under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement with tender notice no. 667279-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
