Psychiatric specialist services and substance abuse specialist services as staff rental for the Lapland wellness region

The Lapin hyvinvointialue in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the procurement is specialist psychiatric services and substance abuse treatment services as personnel rental for the Lapland welfare region. The procurement will supplement the clients own service production and secure sufficient medical workforce for replacements due to the absence of its own personnel and for other service needs resulting from personnel shortages. The nature of the service to be procured is the personnel rental of medical services. The hired doctors work under the supervision and supervision of the client. The service provider is responsible for its employer obligations and other statutory obligations of the employer. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas as follows: * POS 1 / Specialist adult psychiatry services * POS 2 / Specialist adolescent psychiatry services * POS 3 / Specialist child psychiatry services * POS 4 / Substance abuse treatment services The contract period is 1.2.2027 - 31.1.2029. The procurement includes two (2) one (1) year option periods for the period 1.2.2029 - 31.1.2030 and 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031. The tenderer may submit a tender for one (1) or more sub-areas. A separate framework agreement will be established for each sub-area. All tenderers who meet the suitability and minimum requirements set in the request for tender and its appendices will be selected for the framework agreement. The selection of the service provider for an individual assignment will be made in accordance with the selection procedure based on the order of priority described in section 4.1 of the service description.
