The work includes work related to general and project-specific technical suitability assessments in accordance with the guideline "Use of recycled materials in road construction", such as: - support for general and project-specific assessments and related cooperation - negotiations with material suppliers - reviews of assessment request materials, preparation of the assessment letter and finalization and archiving of assessments - preparation of meetings of the recycled materials group and acting as secretary. Possible conflicts of interest in the tender will be assessed in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Agreements (1379/2016, in particular sections 3, 66 and 81 of the Act), also taking into account the tenderers subcontractor and group relationships.
