Renovation work on apartments and public spaces in the Heka West maintenance area

The Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the procurement is the renovation of apartments and common areas in the residential buildings of the City of Helsinki Housing Ltd (Heka) in the Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartanto and Maunula areas. There are approximately 93 sites with approximately 9,600 apartments. The renovation work will be carried out in the residential apartments and in common areas, such as club rooms, outdoor equipment storage rooms, basement corridors and other spaces. The work to be performed is mainly various repairs related to surface structures and apartment equipment, for example: • painting renovations and wallpapering of wall surfaces, • painting renovations of ceiling surfaces, • painting of radiators and pipes, • renewal of window and door moldings, • renewal of door leaves and frames of connecting doors, • renewal of floor coverings, • renewal of kitchen cabinets and fixed furniture * repairs of bathrooms with equipment • reconstruction of damage repairs • in addition, possible minor repairs in the yard area, e.g. repairs of plowing damage and repairs of the building, yard or equipment as invoice work. A framework arrangement will be established as a result of the procurement. A maximum of eight (8) service providers will be selected for the framework arrangement. The terms of the framework arrangement are described in the contract template. The work will mainly be carried out at unit prices in accordance with the price appendix. The actual contract is valid for two (2) years from the start date of the contract period.
