The bidder may only submit a bid for Areas for which he has been accepted as a bidder. The services to be procured and the geographical areas are described in more detail in the draft invitation to tender attached to the request for participation, Annex 01 Service Description_DESCRIPTION.zip. The service description and its annexes are drafts. The subject of the procurement will be specified during the negotiation procedure. The agreement will enter into force upon signature. The duration of the agreement is 4+3+3 years. The duration of the agreement is calculated as starting from the moment when the service production responsibility has been transferred to the contractor for the entire agreement. The responsibility for service production will be transferred from the current suppliers no later than 01.03.2027. CORRECTION NOTICE 21.9.2026: -The section "Other Terms" has been clarified with regard to the reference requirement to correspond to the requirements of "Liite_X2_Referensilomake_VJ_kupi_2026". There was conflicting information in the section and it has now been corrected. -The reference form "Liite_X2_Referensilomake_VJ_kupi_2026" has been changed to an editable Word format. CORRECTION NOTICE 22.9.2026 -The deadline for submitting questions has been postponed. The new deadline is 25.9.2026 at 12:00. with tender notice no. 655024-2026 published on 24 Sep 2026.
