The Istekki Ltd. in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this request for information is to survey the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) system solutions available on the market and to collect information on their features, implementation options and suppliers to support the preparation of the upcoming procurement. With the help of the request for information, the procurement unit aims to form an overall picture of the market offer and to evaluate the options related to the implementation of the procurement. The subject of the procurement is described at a preliminary level in the annexes to this request for information. A preliminary description of the subject of the procurement and the procurement unit's current view of the needs are presented in annexes 1-5 to the request for information. Questions about materials are presented in annex 6 to the request for information. The procurement will be implemented by default through Modern Information Work, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Windows Device Management: Expert Service, Consulting and Ready-made Solutions 2025 -2029 (DPS) basket 2. Suppliers are advised to join the relevant DPS system in order to submit a bid. 2 ORGANIZING THE MARKET DIALOGUE AND RESPONDING TO THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Suppliers are requested to indicate their willingness to participate in this request for information / technical dialogue by prior notification by email to hankinnat@istekki.fi no later than 28 September 2026. If the tenderer has registered for the previous RFI publication "RFI – Tools for the procurement-to-payment process", there is no need to register separately. Responses to all RFI materials and questions must be submitted by 30.09.2026 by email to hankinnat@istekki.fi. The pre-registration must include the following information: - Tenderer's name - Email address for the delivery of the remaining materials The purpose of the pre-registration is to support the preparation of the technical dialogue and to enable the delivery of supplementary materials related to the dialogue to participating suppliers. The procurement entity will later provide the suppliers that have registered with the draft contract for the procurement for comment. This RFI will be implemented as a technical dialogue. 3 OTHER MATTERS TO NOTE The RFI is not a procurement notice, a request for tender or an invitation to tender. Responding to the RFI does not bind the respondent or the procurement entity to the subsequent procurement procedure. The procurement unit will utilize the responses received in planning a possible future procurement and preparing a request for tender. It is important to note that this request for information does not oblige Istekki Oy to carry out the procurement in the manner presented in this document or its appendices. A possible tender may also not be organised. No separate compensation will be paid for responding to the request for information or participating in the presentation events. This is a request for information, not a prior notice, procurement notice or request for tender. The purpose of the request for information is to familiarise ourselves with the market situation and collect information related to the subject of the procurement to support the planning of the future tender.
