Sludge collection and transport in the archipelago area

The Southwest Finland Waste Management Ltd. in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for This procurement mainly includes sludge discharges carried out by sea using a maintenance vessel. The contractor must have the maintenance vessel required for the task and other necessary transport equipment at its disposal throughout the contract period to handle sites accessible by sea. More information in the contract model. The contract is performed as a unit contract price, which includes all costs arising from the operation (VAT 0%). The unit contract price includes all work performed under this contract. The client requests three (3) different prices in this procurement notice. The client will strive to adjust the rhythm of the clients' sludge discharges, as far as possible, so that the discharges are mainly scheduled for the autumn season. The client will provide this information to the contractor for routing planning. The contractor is responsible for the routing of the discharges and their practical implementation. The contractor will agree on the details related to the discharges directly with the clients. In addition to pre-planned and routed emptyings, the contractor receives new emptying orders from customers, agrees on their implementation and is responsible for their routing. The contractor also receives and implements express emptying orders. The contract area is located in the Southwest Finland Waste Management archipelago area, excluding the Uusikaupunki archipelago area. The procurement notice has one (1) part: Contract area A (in the Kaarina, Masku, Naantali, Parainen, Sauvo and Turku areas) The request for tender does not include emptyings accessible by sludge truck on the mainland or islands connected by road, bridge or ferry. However, there may be sites in the areas in question that are inaccessible by sludge truck and require emptying by sea and thus fall under these archipelago contracts. The unit contract price includes driving the transport equipment to the collection site using a platform or connecting platform, emptying the sludge from the collection system onto a vessel or transport equipment, transporting the sludge from the vessel or transport equipment to one of the specified reception locations and unloading the load, as well as recording the markings in accordance with the customer's instructions and saving the photographs on the vehicle terminal.
