The framework agreement shall be valid for call-off orders to a minimum of four (4) years with the option to extend the agreement period by an additional four (4) years. Projects implemented under the framework agreement shall be executed as separate delivery projects, each governed by detailed specifications and ordering documents prepared by the Client. ESTIMATED SCHEDULE The procurement decision and signing of the framework agreement are planned for the second half of 2026. The objective is to commence delivery of the first radar system during 2027, with approximately one radar deployed annually.
