The buyer may use this procurement contract to make deliveries to themselves and their contractual partners. Tavarantilaajat may use this procurement contract to make deliveries to themselves and their affiliated entities. The estimated total value for four (4) years is approximately 12,000,000 euros, distributed as follows: Pirkanmaa 60-70%, South Ostrobothnia 20-30%, and Kanta-Häme 10-20%. The estimated procurement volume does not bind the buyer, and order quantities may vary annually. The annual procurement budget has been detailed in the tender document. The annual procurement budget includes South Ostrobothnia's expenses. This procurement is subject to the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1031 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1197. The procurement unit will close bidders whose origin is specified in Chinese state regulations. Additionally, bidders commit to ensuring that the share of goods and services originating from a third country designated as part of the IPI action does not exceed 50% of the total contract value.
