The Hansel Oy in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT Hansel Oy is putting out to tender the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 different independent framework agreements concerning light vehicles. This Trailers up to 3.5 t 2026 (0072013) framework agreement concerns trailers and related services as follows: The subject of the procurement includes the following products: • Trailers up to 3.5 t and their spare parts and equipment. The subject of the procurement includes the following services, which are further defined in this document: • Services related to the delivery of the trailer • Documentation services • Arrangement of commissioning training and additional training • Delivery of products under NOL and TOP delivery terms • Delivery of workshop manuals • Trailer maintenance, repair and equipment services The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and its annexes, in particular in the annex "Subject of the procurement". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period under the terms of the framework agreement. See also section 6 of the framework agreement in Annex A to the invitation to tender. Procurement agreements may be valid for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 3,250,000 - 4,400,000 (VAT 0%) including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 3,400,000 (VAT 0%). Determining the euro value of the procurements is made more difficult by the fact that unforeseen changes may occur during the framework agreement period in the funds initially allocated to the procurements of the Customers who have joined the framework agreement, which are independent of the Customer.
