The University of Finland Properties Ltd. in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for In the New Dentalia project, the purpose of Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy is to implement a multi-user building, where the main users are the life sciences of Åbo Akademi University (ÅA) and the University of Turku (TU) as well as the teaching and care activities of dentistry and oral health care of TU and the Southwest Finland Welfare Region (Varha). The attached material to the market survey is a draft contract program and a collection of design material from the proposal/general design phase. The purpose of the collected attached material is to provide a sufficient picture of the content and scope of the project during the market survey phase, but it is, however, only a limited section of the design material to be prepared for the tendering phase of the project. Please also note that due to the early design phase (general design has only just begun), all the material presented is preliminary and may still be subject to significant changes. However, the content of the commercial and draft design material presented in the survey is such that the views and alternative proposals of the contractors are requested for the principles and draft solutions presented therein. The project management contractor must meet the eligibility conditions set for the contractor at the tender stage. The turnover requirement is considered to be at least 100 million euros for each of the two previous calendar years (confirmed years). Other eligibility conditions, including the project organization required from the PJU, are presented in the preliminary contract program. The market survey is carried out as an RFI request for information. Construction companies that meet the turnover requirement are asked to answer the questions presented in the request for information.
