The subscription services procured under this procurement will support VR Group's HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, performance and goal management, learning, compensation, recruitment, onboarding and other HR functionalities currently used or introduced during the contract period. The procurement is governed by the Finnish Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors (Act 1398/2016, as amended).
